About the housing cooperative
The „Wspólnota – Inwest” housing cooperative has been operating on the market since 2000, dealing with preparation and realization of investments and with property management.
2001 - Building in 3 Akacjowa Str - Direct investor - 55 apartments
2003 - 2006 - Bronowicka Enclave investment - substitute investor - 190 apartments
The housing cooperative has its own Investment Department and Sales Department.
At present the housing cooperative as an investor realizes its own investments.

The general contractor of the investment is RE-BAU Sp. z o.o - a company with long-standing traditions. One of their investments was awarded with a prestigious prize - Nagroda I Stopnia Dla Generalnego Wykonawcy Audytorium Maximum UJ - Budowa Roku 2005 (First Grade Award for the General Contractor of the UJ Maximum Auditorium - Building Construction of 2005).
